Twyla’s Friends is a canine rescue and adoption organization based in Kingwood, Texas. The non-profit was founded by volunteers and continues to be operated solely by volunteers. Any donations received by the organization are put toward veterinary costs for dogs in urgent need of care. The organization places dogs with fosters since it doesn’t have a kennel or shelter facility. When someone finds a lost dog, they can e-mail the team at Twyla’s Friends for assistance.
All dogs who come to Twyla’s Friends receive the health care they need, including being spayed or neutered and micro-chipped.
