We do not guarantee that your website will appear on the first page of search engines, but we will optimize the website so that it will rank in Google and other search engines.
Yes. We include a content management system (CMS) with all our websites. With a CMS, you can use any popular browser to update your website without having to purchase additional software.
Because a content management system (CMS) will be installed, an unlimited number of pages can be created. If you would like us to create new pages after the initial 60 days of free updates, then we do charge a fee for this service.

A larger website, such as an e-commerce website, can take from a few weeks to several months to complete. The time also depends on the number of features, the time when the content is ready, and timely feedback from the client.
Yes. If you use our website hosting, we will provide free customer service, and any problems with the server will be resolved free of charge. You are free to use another server; however, if problems should arise with another hosting company, there is an additional cost to handle any problems with that hosting company.
It depends on the number of changes needed and the amount of other work we have scheduled ahead of your updates. It can take anywhere from a few minutes up to the next day. If the updates are an emergency, we will put them at the front of the line and get them done as quickly as possible. Emergency updates are best handled by calling us or sending us a text message to quickly get our attention, and providing the updates in an email.
No. All quotes are provided up front. Depending on the type of website you have, there may be work that requires additional plugins which may have a cost. Before we purchase the plugin, we will contact you for approval of the purchase.
Yes. If your website uses a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, etc or if you website uses HTML files, we can provide website management services for an additional cost.
